Christine Lapointe was born and raised in New England and is a graduate of The University of California at Riverside. Prior to owning her consulting company Aesthetics 360 , her experience in the medical field began in the elective surgery industry in 1996 with Summit Vision Centers. Christine has since gained national and international recognition as a consultant, business owner, public speaker and published author. Christine co-founded her consulting company aesthetics 360 in 2009 with her business partner Laura Jackson. This was not her first company as she was successfully consulting in 1998 prior to working in the medical device world. Her first company was 'inplainview consulting.' Christine's marketing and practice development skills are acknowledged globally. Christine continues to work as a consultant nationally and internationally for private practices, medical device companies and nationally acclaimed academic institutions in both the Vision Correction and Aesthetic industries. Her knowledge is not limited to marketing and practice development. She has extensive experience in staff training and motivation, sales counseling techniques, marketing strategies, web strategies, as well as public relations and outreach. Simultaneously, Christine runs another business as an Independent Consultant for Rodan+Fields. These are the doctors who created proactiv, and now have a complete anti aging skin care line for all types of skin. This company has allowed Christine the ability to work from anywhere and help other people change their lives and outlook on network marketing. Christine is an avid supporter of people who are choosing to venture out into business for themselves. She understands the challenges and the courage it takes to turn a dream into reality. Being an entrepreneur at heart, Christine began a second business as a Rodan + Fields Independent consultant in 2017 and her vision is to retire in two years from the income she generates with this company. Looking at ways to bring additional and renewable income to her life became a passion and this company was one of her top five that peeked her interest. Now that being able to live on income generated by being 'her own boss' has become a reality, Christine is looking for many ways to share her experiences with those people who may be on the edge of working for themselves.
